Your Las Vegas personal training program and total body transformation includes 3 days a week of private personal training sessions with. Each session is 60 minutes in duration and starts at your unique fitness level. As you advance through each of the 6 levels of your Las Vegas personal training program you will follow custom meal plan
phases designed specifically for your body type, goals, and each unique level. A convenient Smartphone App and online access are available for your meal plan, including a simplified grocery list, complete with healthy recipes, food exchange options to satisfy your individual tastes, and helpful tools

Each personal training session averages 60 minutes and all private personal training sessions are performed one-on-one in our private in home fitness studio. OR MEN:The Las Vegas personal training program has been scientifically created to widen the upper torso, constructing a bigger chest, widening the shoulders and thickening the back, building bigger arms, legs and tightening and toning the abdominal’s and glutes! The personal training program is designed to make you lean, muscular, strong, and defined! The E4L Transformed program is scientifically designed to block the belly fat hormone CORTISOL and balance INSULIN sensitivity or resistance that is solely responsible for those stubborn love handles!
FOR WOMEN:The Las Vegas personal training program is more focused around losing body fat that has been caused by the hormone ESTROGEN, or body fat that is primarily stored in your hips, thighs, lower stomach and buttocks. Phase 1: E4L Workout Levels 1-2 CONDITION/TONE
Are you
one of those people who never eat right because you are always on-the-go? Do you lack a healthy diet because of your busy lifestyle? Look no further! The Phase 1 Perfect Meal Plans are exactly what you need to continue your busy lifestyle and eat a healthy diet. We’ll determine your proper nutrient ratios and starting calories during your initial personal trainer body and fitness assessment and put your first meal plan and grocery list into action. Phase one consists of two menu types. Each meal plan incorporates whole foods as well as some healthy fast food restaurant meals. No matter how busy you are a healthy diet is vital to good health and increased energy. Don’t let your busy lifestyle take the place of good nutrition. You can have both by using the On-The-Go Meal Plans from PI4L Fitness & Nutrition.
Phase 2 of your nutrition personal trainer program has been designed to yield fast results by combining the cleanest (low in fats), highest quality foods possible distributed between 5 to 6 meals each day to boost your metabolism. Protein sources are provided because we will be building LEAN MUSCLE MASS. Phase 2 has been clinically proven to shed weight quickly when combined with a regular exercise routine consisting of cardiovascular exercises to burn calories and resistance exercises to maintain muscle tissue and proper supplementation. Phase 2 has become very popular amongst male and female fitness enthusiasts to burn fat and maintain muscle.
Phase 3: E4L Workouts Levels 5-6 BURN/CONFUSE
Phase 3 of your personal trainer nutrition plan combines higher protein, lower fat and higher daily calories for the average person wanting to shed body fat. Phase 3 has been designed using the cleanest (low in fats), highest quality foods possible distributed between 5 to 6 meals each day to maintain a high metabolism. Protein sources are provided by lean meats and protein shakes. This meal plan may be somewhat limited in variety but has been clinically proven to maintain or increase lean muscle tissue when combined with a structured exercise program such as Engineering4Life Transformed!

Level 2 TONE Las Vegas personal trainingprogram includes the core elements to getting the most out of your E4L transformed personal trainer workout. I will personally show you 4 secrets known only to a select group of fitness professionals, that will flatten your stomach, get rid of love handles and strengthen your core! You will learn the basic principles of slowly incorporating free-weights into your cable routines introducing your body to core strength workouts. Intermediate Free-Weights

You have learned a lot over the last 2 levels of the E4L Transformed personal training program and It is now time to learn beginner/intermediate free-weight principles involving specialized training techniques that prepare your physiology for future muscle growth. This not only improves blood supply to the muscles but it actually remodels the connective tissue. This technique sets up the real muscle and strength-building phases to come. You will follow Phase 2 of The Perfect Meal Plan teaching you how to build additional muscle by feeding your muscles the proper nutrients through a proven and structured diet and specific supplementation.
Switch & Burn Training
Level 5 BURN Las Vegas personal trainingprogram is the final level of the Engineering4life Beginner Series but it’s not the end! ow that we have determined your current daily nutrition habits, your specific goals and have a game plan in place, its time to put your Fitness program together. Because everyone has different strengths and challenges and we want your workout to be safe, effective, challenging, yet attainable, you will go through a private Fitness Evaluation. The purpose of The Fitness evaluation is to determine your physical abilities, strengths and challenges, keeping your workouts fun, effective and putting your safety first!
Your doctor shouldn’t prescribe medicine without first doing an assessment and neither should a personal fitness trainer!
Topics Covered: Your heart rate including resting, recovery, and fat burning zones, Your lab results (if applicable), Your strength, flexibility, balance and coordination, core strength and power!
Investment $99 Duration 60 minutes (Required For Personal Training Programs)
Now that we have everything in order you will have a game plan and the necessary steps you will need to take to achieve your specific fitness & nutrition goals! Your personal trainer will determine a program that best suits your needs as well as your abilities. We refer to this as you (SFL) or Starting Fitness Level. Once you have completed the Body & Nutrition Assessment & Fitness Evaluation we will have all the information that we will need to develop your customized fitness & nutrition program and get you on the right track to making your Engineering4Life transformation a reality. Once the Body & Nutrition Assessment and Fitness Evaluation are completed you are ready to start Week one or introductory week one of your Engineering4Life Program know as Level 1 CONDITION.
